At the top, there is a monochrome LCD screen with green backlight, which enables night usage. At the left of flash connection, there is the Mode dial. There are common P, Tv, Av, M, Bulb modes and unique Sv (sensitivity priority, TAv shutter speed and aperture priority) modes. Let's remind that B (Bulb) mode is used for long exposures like fireworks or other night scenes.
 
There is a small 3-position mode dial for light measuring, just below the mode dial.
 
By using this mode, multi-segment, center weighted or spot measuring can be directly selected, without the need for entering any menu.
 
Optical visor uses PENTAPRISMA and delivers 95% magnification and 95% coverage. Usage of relatively expensive penta-prism instead of a mirror for image delivery ensures a very bright and wide visor for the photographer. Just to the left side of the visor, there is the bracket mode button.
 
LCD screen is 2.5" diagonally and delivers 140 degree viewing angle. It has 210.000 pixel resolutions and can be seen clearly under various lighting conditions.
