Kış aylarında genellikle yeşilden kırmızımsı bir renge dönerler.Meyveler: Çiçeklenme sonrası oluşan meyveleri siyah-mavi renkte, üzerleri puslu ve üzümü andıran bir görünümdedir.Kullanım: Peyzaj düzenlemelerinde çit bitkisi veya süs çalısı olarak sıkça tercih edilir.
