Eskiden Satıcıların çoğunluğu bahçesinde ürettiklerini getirip satan kadınların olduğu için adı Kadınlar pazarı (daha eskilerin ifadesi ile karılar pazarı) idi.
Sonradan belediye tarafından içinde dükkanlar da bulunan 3 katlı ve tabanı oldukça büyük otopark olarak yapıldı.
Şimdi sadece birkaçı kadın esnaf.
Ama adı çıkmış bir kere: Kadınlar Pazarı.
